Simon Moyes specializes in offering the wisdom and practices of mindfulness to people living a modern urban life. He works with corporations, teaching emotional intelligence through mindfulness, and leads Young Urban Zen, a program in San Francisco which makes the ancient teachings accessible and relevant to a generation of people in their 20’s and 30’s. Simon was born in Britain and studied and worked as an Architect before focussing on the exploration of the mind through meditation. He has undertaken more than 15 years of intensive mindfulness training in India, Europe and North America, including 4 years as a Zen monk.
