Amber K. Stott, founder and Chief Food Genius of Food Literacy Center, grows her own groceries in Sacramento, California. In 2013, she was named “Food Revolution Hero” by Jamie Oliver Food Foundation. She was also awarded the 40 under 40 Award by Sacramento Business Journal and the Legacy Feast 2014 Award in the Environmental Category from Valley Vision.
