His efforts have resulted in aligning human capital strategies with business strategies and objectives, and coaching and developing leaders to be more effective, ultimately driving both top and bottom line financial growth. Mark recently changed his career focus after a successful 20 year Corporate Human Resources career to start his own Human Resources Strategic consulting company, HR Catalyst Consulting. The company targets small to mid-market companies in growth or change and in need of Human Capital leadership on a fractional basis to drive their continued growth and success.
