Nicole Payseur
Nicole Payseur is a Yoga Diva, Speaker, and Writer who lives in Dallas, Texas. Because transforming from lawyer to yoga teacher has been so personally fulfilling, Nicole encourages her students to pursue their passions, whatever they may be. She holds a 500 hour certification from Yoga Works. Over the past 26 years of practice and research and 11 years of teaching, she has discovered that laughter makes the body limber and humor makes the soul resilient. She blends Iyvengar, Ashtanga, Prana and Anusara into a heady elixir of rigor, play and svadyaya or self knowledge. Lila, the Divine Play, scents the gifts she bestows on her students; consequently, her yoga classes masquerade as play dates with equal doses of joy and athleticism and laughter. She strives to be the most caring, compassionate, doting, indulgent, relentlessly fierce and unbelievably demanding teacher in the universe.
