Karen Lam
As a leadership coach and communications strategist, Karen Lam develops cutting edge leadership skills with her clients and helps them to articulate their leadership voice. She specializes in working with executive leaders. For over 25 years Karen has coached Nobel laureates, Olympic medalists, celebrities, rocket scientists and leaders from all walks of life. A masterful coach, Karen has worked with the president or CEO at Apple, Disneyland Resort, the Global Fund for Women, Johnson & Johnson companies and In-Q-Tel, the venture capital group for the Central Intelligence Agency. Having lived and worked in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America, Karen brings a global perspective to her work. She grew up speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is a student of French, German and Spanish. As a lifelong learner Karen has studied neurolinguistic programming, Jungian archetypes, somatic coaching and martial arts. Karen lives in Vancouver, BC with her husband Peter and she travels frequently to work with clients all over the world.
