Kimberly Davis
Kimberly Davis’s life on the stage has taken many forms, forging a circuitous path that has given her more than 25 years of experience in front of groups and audiences of all sizes. Her career includes work as a professional actress; leading cross cultural workshops throughout Japan; designing and leading global Customer Experience Programs across the world; and facilitating employee engagement and leadership development workshops for several Fortune 500 American companies. In March 2009, Kimberly blended her expertise in theatre and leadership development and launched OnStage Leadership. Kimberly serves as external faculty for Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business’ Executive Education, teaching Authentic Influence and Executive Presence programs. She also teaches Authentic Influence and Influence without Power for the Bush Institute’s Women’s Fellowship program, empowering future female leaders in the Middle East.
