M.J. D’Elia



M.J. D’Elia manages the Learning and Curriculum Support Team at the University of Guelph Library. He teaches an introductory course on the entrepreneurial mindset, where students learn practices, habits, and tools used by serial entrepreneurs. He has co-organized two Startup Weekends, bringing designers, developers and business minds together to pitch and prototype new business ideas in 54 hours. His research interests include applied creativity, design thinking and business model design. When time permits M.J. doodles, plays with Lego and runs a small facilitation company that specializes in creative problem solving.
