David and Sara Robertson are partners in life as well as in business, and together own and run The Dirty Apron Cooking School & Delicatessen - Vancouver’s most celebrated and state-of-the-art culinary playground. Open since August of 2009, The Dirty Apron Cooking School has been demystifying the fine dining industry to the home cook by offering recreational and hands-on cooking classes, whereas their delicatessen offers downtown dwellers hot lunches, gourmet sandwiches, deli meats, local Cheeses, and specialty ingredients and products that one can't find anywhere else! David’s culinary training in classical French fine dining, and Sara’s academic background in communications -combined with their passion for great food and people- have proven to be the right blend of ingredients to successfully lead a team of staff that over the past 6 years has grown from 6 to 32 employees.
