Frank Healy
Frank Healy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach and is also one of 56 people who have been classified by the U. of California with Hyperthymesia, a Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory. Since he was 6 years old, Frank, now 55, remembers every day of his life including the day of the week, the weather, news and personal events. This has had its good and bad points. He remembers all of the good times, but he also remembers slights, breakups, deaths, and illnesses. He had to learn how to release feelings from bad memories and now counsels and coaches people to release feelings from traumatic memories.
