Chris Wahl, MA, MCC
As an executive coach with a background in organization development, Chris offers executive and leadership coaching to leaders in many industries. Her practice focuses on helping executives generate enlivening change and develop leaders who can help execute their vision. She has studied how adults develop, and is certified as a developmental coach. She is a certified scorer for the Maturity Assessment Profile, which determines a leader’s stage of development, and which is one of the most interesting assessments available for leaders. As creator/founder of the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University, Chris was the first to envision coach training that focused on developing leaders. She continues to teach at Georgetown, and at George Mason University. She co-authored Be Your Own Coach, and co-edited, On Becoming a Leadership Coach. She has published several articles and been interviewed by NPR, Forbes, and The Washington Post.
