Lester S. Rosen
Lester S. Rosen is an attorney at law, licensed PI and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR) a national screening firm accredited by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), a distinction held by a small percent of all screening firms. He is a frequent nationwide presenter on background checks and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He served as the chairperson of the steering committee that founded National Association of Professional Background Screeners in 2004 and served as its first co-chair.
Lester is the author of, The Safe Hiring Manual-The Complete Guide to Employment Screening Background Checks for Employers, Recruiters and Jobseekers (October 2012/728 pages). He has served as an expert witness in background checking cases and has assited in drafting the laws in California governing background checks.
