Susan Lucas-Conwell is a global business executive with a proven track record of driving innovation and accelerating revenue growth. Currently Chief Innovation Catalyst at Growth Resources Inc., she advises major technology players such as Siemens and Sapphire Ventures. Previously, as Global CEO at Great Place to Work, she established the brand as the leading authority in workplace culture and increased annual revenues by 30%. Susan spent six years as CEO of SVForum, renowned Silicon Valley hub in the technology innovation ecosystem. Before moving to the bay area in 2005, she founded Clear-Day, a cross-border accelerator. Susan also mentors and reviews start-ups at Stanford StartX Incubator, National Science Foundation and Astia. Susan holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from University of Wisconsin.
