A marketing storyteller, speaker, author, and stage improviser, Kathy Klotz-Guest, MA, MBA, is the founder of Keeping it Human, Inc., whose mission is to help organizations turn complex marketing-speak into compelling stories that customers and employees act on. She also helps organizations solve internal communications and ideation challenges by applying improvisational tools that achieve better outcomes and fresh insights. She has worked with diverse organizations including Autodesk, C4Media, Cisco Systems, Kaiser Permanente, and United Way Silicon Valley, among others. She is the author of several short storytelling and humor books on Amazon.com, and her marketing podcast has been nominated for numerous awards for its insight and humor. Kathy’s fave audience is still her 6 year-old who she can make snort milk out of his nose, and her grandma who doesn’t care about how improvisation is different from stand-up comedy..
