Wanda Burch
Wanda Burch is a 25-year breast cancer survivor whose book, She Who Dreams: A Journey into Healing through Dreamwork, describes how working with dreams and dream imagery saved her life. She co-presents Arts and Healing retreats at Great Camp Sagamore and arts and reintegration retreats for women veterans at Wiawaka in Lake George, New York, under the auspices of Creative Healing Connections™. Most recently Wanda and singer/songwriter John Kenosian offer a program of dreams and music that will allow participants the opportunity to explore the imagery in their dreams and the healing potential of music. Both Wanda and John are featured in a newly released CD, Come Dearest-The Daylight is Gone [77th NY Regimental Balladeers], with an accompanying booklet authored by Wanda Burch: Dreaming of Home in the American Civil War. The book includes excerpts from a new manuscript, Soul on Paper: Dreams and the Imagination in the American Civil War. Visit her website at www.wandaburch.com
