Evan Sims
Evan Sims is the founder of San Francisco Yogurt Company. In June 2014, he left his job as an engineer at a large biotech company to start a company dedicated to making the most delicious high-fat yogurt imaginable. With a professional background in fermentation engineering, and a longstanding passion for nutrition science, making a radically different kind of yogurt made perfect sense.
