Heidi Murray
Heidi Murray serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Leadership Women, a 35-year old nonprofit, social enterprise educational corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas that develops programs and projects to advance and improve the personal, economic and professional status of American women. Leadership Women’s mission is to help women learn more, lead better, and leave a positive legacy. Heidi began her career in Programming at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and then worked with Omni Hotels before joining Leadership Women. She is a Certified Meeting Professional, sits on the Board of the Dallas Black Dance Theater and the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee, as well as serving as the Chair of the Leadership Arts Alumni Association. She is a graduate of Leadership Dallas 2015. Heidi also holds an honors degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
