A veteran of the foodservice industry, Bill has managed hotels, institutions and clubs. He has owned and operated full service restaurants. He has had the keys in his hand, his name on the loans and the payrolls to meet. He has been there. Bill’s current focus is on triggering a contagious resurgence of hospitality in the world starting by helping independent restaurant operators re-discover the roots of our industry, true hospitality itself!
