Richard A Myers, Jr.
Richard Myers graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. As an experienced trial attorney, he has served as lead counsel in criminal and civil jury trials. With the founding of Hehr & Myers Co., L.P.A. in 2001, his focus changed from litigation to proactive Estate, Medicaid and VA planning. An experienced lead attorney in Medicaid Asset Preservation and an Elderlaw Advisor, he works with senior care providers and fraternal organizations assisting families with estate plans to maximize protection of acquired wealth for highest quality of retirement life. In 2011, he further refined his proactive focus on Elderlaw with the creation of Richard A. Myers, Jr. & Associates, LLC. He is a member of the WealthCounsel, LLC, ElderCounsel, LLC, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Ohio State Bar Association (Estate Planning Committee) and several local bar associations. Rick has been married to Kris for 31 years. They have three children, Lauren, Christian and David.
