Cindy Reuter is the founder and CEO of Capstone Technology Resources, a privately held, woman-owned corporation in the San Francisco Bay Area that provides business, technology and engineering consulting and staffing solutions to clients. Capstone is led by an executive team with extensive consulting and management experience in banking, technology and civil / mechanical engineering. Listed on Inc Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies list, Capstone grew its staff to 75 employees in 2013 from nine in 2010. With Cindy at the helm, Capstone not only has successfully bumped up its revenue, but has also prioritized giving back, providing pro bono services to nonprofits and minority firms. Cindy just launched her second company, STEMCompass, a knowledge sharing platform that connects students and recent graduates with employers, in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
