Nazneen Razi
Nazneen Razi is Senior VP and Chief HR Officer for Health Care Service Corporation, the largest customer owned healthcare provider in the U.S. Prior to joining HCSC, Nazneen was Executive VP and Chief Global HR Officer for JLL, a leading global commercial real estate company. She has over twenty-five years’ experience leading HR organizations at national and global firms such as Comdisco, Inc. and CNA Insurance Companies. Nazneen earned a PhD in Organizational Development and an MBA from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, where she also served as adjunct faculty for the MBA programs. She currently serves on the Board of Governors of the American Health Policy Institute and the Board of the Hyderabad Foundation of Chicago. Nazneen has co-authored the book “Winning with Transglobal Leadership,” with Dr. Linda Sharkey, that was published by McGraw-Hill in May, 2012.
