John S. Hoffman is the President of Designed Performance, a management consulting and training organization specializing in sales and negotiation. He is an author and keynote speaker as well as an Adjunct Professor at the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, where he designed the first undergraduate and graduate level courses in Professional Selling. He has conducted custom designed negotiation, sales and leadership training seminars for Fortune 500 companies globally for more than 20 years. He recently launched the program, WomeNegotiate, which has been designed to assist women in having greater success in their negotiations.
