Ron Moore Jr
Ron spent his high school days in west Texas where he chased his first tornado near Andrews, TX. Since then he, his wife and two sons have chased hurricanes and tornadoes across the country as a family. He studied meteorology and received his Master of Science in the Geography department while doing research work in Hurricane Climate, risk assessment and GIS work with FEMA. He's also served in Florida with emergency preparedness and evacuation processes and procedures. He was the New England director for Disaster USA, and writes a weather blog called the Moorecast. Now a New Hampshire resident since 2004, Ron collects and studies meteorology from rare historical and science documents. Ron is also a NH pastor who speaks to audiences of all types truths about the fascinating world of weather integrated with his passion for storm chasing, historical meteorology, and his research work at FSU using Biblical relevance.
