Scott is a results-oriented, high-energy executive with over 24 years of strategic, marketing and sales experience in domestic and international arenas. He has a proven track record of organizational growth, and skilled at enterprise planning and organizational development, business team leadership, marketing research and analysis, business modeling and strategy, product development and new product design and delivery, and the integration of diverse resources and technologies. For the past four years he has served as the CEO of GroundWork group (GWg). Its mission is to strengthen the ability of other nonprofit organizations to achieve their missions by providing affordable, efficient and scalable technology solutions. GWg is a nonprofit social enterprise, which means that it achieves its mission more sustainably by using a fee for service model with its members. As a Social Enterprise, GWg offers Technology, Information Management, and Education services to nonprofits.
