Dr. Russ L’HommeDieu is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an American College for Sports Medicine trained wellness coach. At 36 years old, after a lifetime of being overweight and reaching a top weight of over 400 pounds, he turned his life around and lost over 200 pounds. Now it’s 13 years later and he has not only kept the weight off but, he has also developed a program called Lose Weight for Good® which has been specifically designed for people that have tried and have been unable to achieve lasting weight loss. As a former stand-up comedian and magician, Doc Russ is also an accomplished speaker and trainer. He has appeared on the Dr. Oz show and has been interviewed on the Oprah Radio Network. His extensive speaking credits include The Harvard Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, The JCC Manhattan, The Hartford Hospital and the U.S. Veterans Administration.
