Sharon Cook has 20 years of HR Systems experience. Her career began in Corporate Human Resources working in Staffing and as a Business Partner prior to moving into Human Resource and Systems Management. She began her first HCM implementation in the mid 1990’s and has continued with SAP and more recently SuccessFactors core HR and Talent applications with a focus on creating common tools and efficiency through great processes and meeting the HR technology needs of customers. It’s easy to implement a system, the keys to system success are really assuring the right requirements are identified and that the need to go beyond change management to true adoption of change is how an organization gets alignment in the workforce and ROI can be realized.
