Saul Macias
Saul is one of the Principals & Vice President of Professional Services at SharedHR and has more than 20 years of HR experience and has worked extensively with for-profit and non-profit organizations. His areas of expertise include organization development and design, performance management, HRIS vendor selection and implementation, organizational culture, recruiting and onboarding, succession planning, and employee relations. Prior to joining SharedHR, Saul served as Director of Human Resources at the Stupski Foundation, one of the country’s most influential foundations in the K-12 education space. He previously served in various HR leadership roles at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, Macy’s West, Scient, and INROADS. He chaired the Board of Directors for the Northern California Human Resources Association and currently serves on the Achieve Mission Board of Directors. Saul has an MBA and holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
