Dr, Nadya Friedman

Nadya Friedman, M.D., is a psychiatrist with expertise in treating a variety of psychiatric and behavioral conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, dissociative disorders, and PTSD. Her approach to treatment is collaborative, and she uses a combination of cognitive, behavioral and psychodynamic treatment models, as well as cognitive and behavioral sciences, to achieve optimal results for each individual. Dr. Friedman is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York and is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. She received her M.D. degree from Quillen College of Medicine and completed her psychiatric residency training at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Division, with postgraduate psychoanalytic training at the Columbia University Psychoanalytic Training and Research Center.
