G Pelliteri
G Pelliteri, Owner & Instructor, attended undergraduate and graduate school at Arizona State University and received her degree in Education and Exercise Science. G has an extensive career in various capacities within the fitness field which allows her to offer a unique perspective and creative methods in her teaching and instruction. After receiving her K-12 teaching certificate following her academic studies, G taught physical education for the Cartwright School District, developing a non-competitive fitness program for grade school children. G was hired by the Lincoln Institute for Athletic Medicine on the campus of John C. Lincoln Hospital to create a fitness test protocol for healthy adults. She provided support and aid as an exercise physiologist in the rehabilitation of professional athletes with a number of professional teams. G offers a wide variety of workshops including: Ergonomic Efficiency at the Workplace, Health and Wellness in the Corporate Culture
