Gareth has over 20 years experience of consultancy, diagnosing development needs, designing high impact learning interventions and delivering successful workshops, programmes, and coaching sessions, in the private, third sector, and public sectors. He also speaks at a number of seminars each year and leads webinar discussions. Organisations Gareth has worked with include NPower, Big Lottery Fund, NHS, NGN, Portakabin, Scottish Power, and many Local Authorities. Gareth's passion is to free up the energy and talent within an organisation allowing employees to transform performance. He is proud to be part of the group thought of as leaders in Intrapreneurship and is relentless in growing a movement to full employee involvement.
