Frances Durham
Frances Durham, Advocate for the Blind/Vision Impaired
Frances Durham is a High School graduate from the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind in Hampton. She then received a bachelor’s Degree from The University of Virginia in Charlottesville Virginia. Ms. Durham is currently working at Endependence Center Inc, as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator under the Social Security Work Incentive Planning and Assistance Program under the Ticket to Work. Ms. Durham is also a member of the Chesapeake Bay, National Federation of the Blind, and she is a member of The Virginia Beach Town Center- Blind Lions Club.
