Anika Gakovic, Ph.D


Anika has fifteen years of experience in leadership development, change management, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and strategic planning. She led Organizational Effectiveness at OppenheimerFunds, and worked in Learning and Development at New York Life, HSBC and UBS. Anika completed her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston. She has presented at conferences including the Conference Board, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and National Foreign Trade Council. She published articles for the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Organizational Development Journal. Anika's presentations and publications focus on executive development, employee engagement and motivation, and driving people strategy through learning and change management. Anika served on the Board of Directors for the New York HR Planning Society and is a coach for the Business Plan Competition at the NYU Stern School of Business.
