Lauren Midgley
Lauren Midgley (M. B. A.) is a former sales executive with a franchise company who started her consulting business in 2010. She focuses on business owners interested in improving the profits from their business or franchise. Lauren does this with her clients using an assessment process, a review of the current business model, and an evaluation of systems in place to impact the business. She has published three books (with a fourth one due out summer 2018) and speaks professionally to audiences on profitability and productivity. Her podcast “The Business of Profits” launches in July or August 2018. Lauren is on the Board of Directors for the North TX National Speakers Association and is a Certified Franchise Executive. She lives in Grapevine, TX.
