Bob Hopkins is a philanthropist, social entrepreneur, educator, and change-maker and is still going strong at age 72. He is a mentor, having helped thousands of young people find their “truth” and their personal purpose. Bob has a knack for bringing together the for-profit industry with the non-profit sector. He has served over 100 nonprofits and Non-Governmental Organizations, helping their mission, vision, and strategic planning processes. Bob created the PAVE program, Philanthropy and Volunteerism in Education, which teaches children ages 7-12 how to serve their community and become a volunteer. Bob has served organizations, trained students and adults in India, China, Nepal, Mexico, South and Central America, and has been publisher and founder of Philanthropy World magazine, that carried stories of volunteerism and volunteers. Bob is currently teaching at the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, and spent 7 years prior at the University of Texas Arlington, USA.
