Kevin Crane
Special Agent Kevin Crane, retired, is the author of the best-selling book, Access Granted, which provides easy to understand guidance on how to quickly and efficiently obtain a federal security clearance even at “Top Secret” level. He has been featured in various news articles, on radio shows, and on TV news to include ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox. His main focus is to help college students prepare for future career opportunities that will either require a security clearance or any career requiring a background investigation to be hired. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, he began his career as a United States Special Agent with the Defense Investigative Service. During his 21 years of service, Kevin conducted thousands of in-depth investigations for U.S. government security clearances. His experience included interviewing over 10,000 references and subjects of investigation as well as thousands of financial, criminal, employment, educational, and medical records.
