Ronnie Weir
Growing up in a farming and ranch community Ronnie Weir has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for success. His passion for athletic sports has also fueled his drive to strive for excellence. A University of Wyoming graduate, he earned a degree in Business Management with minors in Marketing and Economics. Soon after graduation, Ronnie married and moved to South Dakota where his wife’s family farm and ranch resided. His initial goal was to climb the corporate ladder, he soon found himself experiencing burn out from the high pressure sales environment, lack of value for people, and not feeling he was able to make a bigger impact on people’s lives. Weir shares, “I really wasn’t getting to people in the manner that I wanted. It didn’t have the value that I thought it should. I have always believed in faith, family and freedom. Those are the things I wanted to build a foundation on for my life and for my career endeavors.”
