KERRY FRASER, born May 30, 1952, in Sarnia, Ontario, was the most senior referee in the National Hockey League. He joined the NHL Officials Association on September 1, 1973, and officiated his first game in the 1980-81 season. He retired from officiating after the 2009-10 season. Fraser lives in New Jersey.
