Jane Van De Velde, DNP, RN
Jane Van De Velde, DNP, RN is president of The Reiki Share Project, a nonprofit organization that teaches Reiki to individuals with serious illnesses. Jane holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over 11 years. Jane has extensive experience working within the cancer community. She has offered over 1000 Reiki sessions to individuals and caregivers who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis. She volunteers at both a cancer treatment center and a nonprofit cancer support center in the Chicago area. In the past five years, The Reiki Share Project has offered over 25 Reiki classes for the cancer community. She seeks to integrate the practice of Reiki into health care organizations.
