Vicki Starr
VICKI STARR, Creative Professional and Founder of STARR TREATMENT, illustrates her creative finesse through fashion magazine photo shoots, print advertising, videos, weddings, fashion shows, commercials, movies and even entertainment/publicity shoots but most of all she has excelled in the world of Body Painting and Face Painting. My motto is, “Come to me as you are and you will leave looking like a star!”. Having been a makeup artist for many years, she has come to learn that there aren’t many in that field that does all that she can do and as a result she has decided to take her artistry to the next level. VICKI STARR teaches and supervises body painting and special fx techniques and makeup application at area workshops, personal one on one workshops as well as for the American Cancer Society’s, "Look Good…Feel Better” program in Brooklyn, New York. This program allows her to use her artistry skills in helping women regain the looks they once had prior to their cancer treatments.
