Laya Rocha
Laya Rocha, singer/songwriter, facilitator and devout student of life. Although she has been on the path of healing and self inquiry for over a decade, she once lived a very different life.
After beginning her career as a primary school teacher, she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis at age 21, at which her life began to turn upside down. She quit teaching and went into a period of denial, until her body screamed louder. The stress was amplified after a relationship breakup which catapulted Laya into a sudden 'mystical experience' where she woke up out of a heavy fog, experiencing only pure Love and connection to Source, remaining there for 2 weeks. It was this taste of liberation that spurred her on to seek for Truth, and led her to music.
She has recorded an album, travelled the world facilitating and inspiring Women to follow their Heart's song and co-facilitates with Caiseal Mor in the Dreaming Deep, a ceremony dedicated to awakening the dreamer within the dream.
