Karen M Wyatt
Karen M. Wyatt, MD graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and completed Family Practice Residency and a Fellowship in Psychiatry at the
University of Utah.
Passionate about helping people find meaning and purpose even during the most difficult times of life, she has spent her 25-year medical career working with patients in challenging settings such as hospices, nursing homes and indigent clinics. Dr. Wyatt has accompanied three medical mission teams to Honduras, founded a free clinic in a homeless shelter, and has twice testified at Senate briefings on the cutting edge model of integrated medical care, combining physical and behavioral health, which she helped create and implement in the non-profit clinic she directed for the uninsured.
