Matt Miller
Matt Miller is Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. He transforms Consumer and Industrial Products companies with complex supply chains and enables their growth through SAP implementations. Matt has over 15 years in the C&IP industry, with 10+ years in SAP Package Technology implementations supporting the Manufacturing sector. His experience includes leadership of Deloitte’s preconfigured SAP Manufacturing Solution, supporting the Strategic Development of the Service Parts Management Industry Solution, large program management, process reengineering, custom application development and systems integration. He also has experience working internationally, managing project teams in different countries. Matt has leveraged his Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional certifications to lead cost reduction and process improvement projects in the technology field in addition to package implementations. He is an expert in planning and managing large Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) implementations.
