Ari Weller has been a highly sought after private fitness trainer since 1996. His philosophy and methodology evolved out of traditional bodybuilding, and focuses on developing maximum fitness with minimum wear and tear. His approach reflects the knowledge that training the body in “parts” neglects to address the interrelatedness of the physiological systems. His passion for constant learning guides him to become better at assessing and screening movement, understanding bodily dysfunction, and creating intelligent training programming for his clients. Ari is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC- MBSC) and certified teacher in GYROTONIC ® Method and Pilates Mat. His advanced training also includes Functional Movement Screen™, Neurokinetic Therapy™, Anatomy in Motion, Ki-Hara Resistance Stretch, and EM Technique.
