Valerie Oula (Saranjeet Kaur) is a KRI certified kundalini yoga teacher who teaches at Golden Bridge in New York City. She brings addtional light to her practice as a reiki master teacher, past life regressionist / hypnotherapist and candlemaker in order to help people attract what they want and need because intention is everything. She is the founder of Modern Ritual NYC, a line of luxe artisanal energetic creations for mind, body & soul. After many years in a previous career, working with models & clients in beauty & fashion- constantly seeking outer beauty but always knowing that she was meant to focus on inner beauty. Her classes and workshops are down-to-earth and whimsical. She has so much gratitude for the teachings and all her teachers. When Valerie is not playing with essential oils, flower essences & crystals, you’ll find her in search of delicious vegan eats in NYC.
