Susan leads Pariveda’s National Strategy practice. Her group works with senior executives to develop pragmatic, actionable IT Strategy solutions. Clients include both IT and business executives looking to get better results from IT initiatives.
Having spent more than 25 years in IT strategy, P&L management and Sales Operations, Susan brings a broad mix of skills building and managing organizations, aligning priorities and forging successful partnerships.
She has authored the Fusion framework for aligning technology goals across multiple business functions. This has been implemented in Fortune 500 organizations to get better business value from technology investments.
Prior to joining Pariveda, Susan served as the National Sales Director at Avanade, a Microsoft/Accenture joint venture where she drove revenue growth from $160M to $700M and managed the operations for a 100 person sales team.
