Jeff is a seasoned leader with 20 years of expertise in marketing strategy, new product development, consumer insights and innovation. In his current role he heads the Market Insights function at NetJets, the world’s largest private jet aviation company.
Jeff also the founder of The IGI Group, a boutique consulting firm focusing on Market Research & Insight, and Innovation Management.
Prior to founding The IGI Group, he spent 12 years at Microsoft. During his tenure, he helped launch several versions of Windows and led market research for Microsoft’s mobile devices division. He pioneered the development of the company’s first strategic architecture for consumer insights adopted company-wide and significantly enhanced the role of the market research discipline at the company.
