Dean Hutchison
Dean Hutchison, Esq., is the Director of Legal Services at Circle Surrogacy, one of the largest full service surrogate-parenting agencies in the world. He is also a partner at the Boston law firm, Weltman Law Group and the Vice Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Assisted Reproductive Technology Law. Dean received his law degree from Suffolk University, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. Dean has managed hundreds of ART matters over the course of his career and has organized and presented on many panels on the legal aspects of surrogacy and egg donation. He has also been named a Rising Star in Massachusetts Super Lawyer and Boston Magazine every year since 2009.
