Dr. Marj Snyder


Dr. Marjorie Snyder is currently a consultant in nonprofit management, research and education. She serves as the Sr. Director of Research and Programs for the Women’s Sports Foundation (WSF), is a faculty member of the George Washington University Sports Philanthropy Certificate Program and was recently a Research Project Director for a study on attrition in youth sports for the Aspen Institute’s Project Play. Previously, for 20 years, she was the Chief Program and Planning Officer for the WSF where more than 30 research projects were developed under her leadership. She began her career as a high school social studies teacher, college professor and coach. She was the head field hockey coach at Hope College and Montclair State.
