John Frisch
John B. Frisch is chairman of the firm. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and other corporate transactional matters. John also regularly counsels a variety of companies on general business matters.
John has represented clients in a wide variety of acquisitions and dispositions of businesses by public and private enterprises. In this capacity, he has been responsible for handling the acquisition of businesses throughout the United States and the disposition of a variety of international businesses on behalf of major public corporations in the region.
