Robin began her cycling career over 15 years ago after graduating from the Univ. of Tenn. with a degree in sport management. She has raced on several professional teams and is a 2011 National Road Race Champion and 2012 Olympic long team member. In 2015 she retired from racing and took the role of Director of The Happy Tooth Pro Cycling team.
When not on a bike or coaching, she oversees the Women's Cycling Association (WCA) and is a leader in the global movement for women's equality in sport and life. After several years of racing at the highest level, Robin sees the need to help women's pro cycling become a stable platform for future cyclists. Robin sits on Board of Directors, US Bicycling Hall of Fame.
