Kristin Mills is a holistic health coach who has worn many hats while working in health and wellness for 30 years. She has worked in helping people to lose weight, to become physically healthier in general, to manage stress, and improve their quality of life. Kristin has worked with individuals, groups, and entire communities to become healthier. Kristin’s educational achievements include a master’s degree in behavioral psychology and in cardiovascular epidemiology (from Stanford University). From her 30 plus year’s experience, Kristin founded Breathe and Be Wellness and the Healthy and Happy for Life program. This program is holistic in nature, and uses a balanced approach to wellness, and life in general, so that people can become healthy and happy permanently and with ease.
